AKI, Japan -- A high wave lashes a fishing port in Aki, western Japan. A large typhoon lashed western Japan with heavy rains and powerful winds Monday, grounding airplanes, stalling ferries, and forcing hundreds to evacuate their homes. Submitted by Kiko
